The first phases of this year's Photo-Voice in Bosnia Herzegovina are completed.  That is, we have worked with the new students and participants.  They have gone out into the streets of Sarajevo, and other parts of Bosnia, and taken pictures.  Their assignment this year was to capture, in Black and White, some image that details the challenges that Bosnia faces and they would like to change. (We documented this in Instagram... you can followed at @Project1948)

We had a diverse group this year.

Our participants went out with mentor photographers.

After the pictures were chosen and printed, the team interviewed the participants on what the pictures meant to them, and how this experience changed their perceptions.  There is still a long way to go to complete this year's work.  But we got off to a tremendous start!
